Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy


Please review our policy for booking modifications and cancellations before confirming your stay at Hotel River View, Badrinath.

Emergency & Force Majeure


In case of severe landslides, official highway closures, or sudden government travel restrictions in the Badrinath region, the final decision regarding refunds or date shifts rests solely at the discretion of the hotel management.
Note: All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted formally via our official email or contact numbers to be considered valid.

Cancellation & Refunds


The refund amount depends on how early you inform us before your scheduled check-in date:
30+ Days Notice: Free Cancellation (100% refund).
15–29 Days Notice: 80% Refund of the booking amount.
7–14 Days Notice: 50% Refund of the booking amount.
Less than 7 Days Notice: No Refund will be issued.

Rescheduling (Date Change)


Last-Minute Shift: Within 7 days of check-in, you can only shift to the immediate next day (strictly subject to room availability).
Next Month Shift: To shift your booking to a different month, you must inform us at least 15 days in advance.
One-Time Limit: Shifting is allowed only once per booking. Multiple changes are not permitted.
Availability: Shifting depends entirely on room availability. If rooms are not available for your requested new dates, the booking stands cancelled and the advance payment will be forfeited (no refund).
